Faith the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not yet seen

Have you ever hear the scripture: Faith without works is dead. That quote of that scripture is: Faith without obedient works is dead.    
 James 2:26   
Faith without obedient works, wow that so changes the way we look at that scripture.  ​James does discuss in chapter 2 in great detail, faith and works and obedience and how it works together, and it does state, faith                                                          without works is dead, if it does not have works, by itself it                                                is destitute of power.
